The Team
Denis Harrigan is President of D. Harrigan Associates. He is a sessional instructor in the Educational Psychology and Leadership Studies at the University of Victoria . He also taught in the Leadership Development Program at Camosun College in Victoria and retired as District Principal with the Greater Victoria school district where he served as a secondary principal for over 20 years. Denis has presented at provincial and national conferences and has 30 years of experience in facilitating groups and presenting workshops. His sense of humour and engaging presentation style consistently earn "excellent" ratings. Denis holds a B.Ed ( secondary- with distinction) and an M.Ed (counselling psychology) from the University of Victoria.
Denis is also dual certified ( IPTPA ,Pickleball Canada) pickleball instructor/coach and is available for private or group lessons.
Josie Harrigan is the Associate in D.Harrigan Associates and basically keeps Denis organized. She is a wellness and fitness professional specializing in working with seniors.
She recently retired from teaching fitness classes to people with Osteoporosis and Parkinson's. She holds certifications with BCRPA - Fitness Instructor; Third Age; Group Fitness, and with BC Womens Hospital - Osteofit Program.
